FOOD HYGIENE TRAINING

We offer affordable online food hygiene training in Estonian, English, Russian and Ukrainian. The price of the online training is 7 € including VAT, regardless of the language.

The food hygiene training is designed for catering staff who are familiar with the hazards involved in food handling and know how to minimize them, as well as basic self-control and personal hygiene.

The training reviews the basics of the field and covers in depth:

  • The basics and concepts of food hygiene.
  • The hazards and risks of food hygiene.
  • Sanitation requirements, dealing with pests, disinfection and personal requirements.

BLOCK A

  • Basic principles and definitions of food hygiene.
  • Basic principles and concepts of food hygiene.
  • Basic principles of food safety
  • Micro-organisms, their growth, reproduction and influencing factors.

BLOCK B

  • Food storage
  • Food poisoning
  • Personal hygiene

BLOCK C

  • Cleanliness and disinfection
  • Pests
  • Sanitation and self-control

    • COURSE DETAILS:

    All three blocks end with a 15-question multiple-choice test. The time allowed for the intermediate test is 2 hours and it is considered to be passed if at least three quarters of the questions are answered correctly.

    The results of the intermediate test will be recorded in the training environment. It is always possible to repeat the test. Passing the intermediate tests is a prerequisite for passing the final examination .

    The final examination consists of 24 multiple-choice questions. The final examination is passed if at least three quarters of the questions are answered correctly. Failure to pass the final exam will not lead to the possibility of retaking it, but will result in the closure of the training environment and the need to book a new course.

    It is also possible to obtain a certificate in English for working outside Estonia for only €1.Food hygiene training complies with the Food Act and other relevant legislation. To subscribe to the training, register an account and subscribe to the training. All those who complete the training will receive a personal certificate recognized by the Agriculture and Food Board.

    HYGIENE TRAINING FOR BEAUTICIANS

    We offer affordable online hygiene training for beauty and personal care professionals in Estonian, English, Russian and Ukrainian. The price of the online training is €7 including VAT, regardless of the language.

    The training introduces the rules of hygiene and the legislation governing the provision of beauty and personal services.

    The training consists of three blocks:

    The training reviews the basics of the field and covers in depth:

    • legislation and hygiene requirements;
    • legislation and legal provisions on health and hygiene, hand hygiene, cough etiquette;
    • cleanliness and hygiene of work surfaces and equipment.

    BLOCK B

    • Hazards, hand hygiene, cough etiquette
    • Intermediate test

    BLOCK C

  • Cleanliness and cleaning of work surfaces and equipment
  • Code of conduct related to COVID-19
  • Intermediate test

    • FINAL EXAM

    The training in food hygiene complies with the Regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs of 2000 “Health requirements for the provision of beauty and personal services” and other legislation in this field.
